Welcome to the KDWPT Online License Sales Site

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All licenses and stamps will be printed online. You must have a printer attached to your computer that is capable of printing graphics (either black and white or in color) . You will be instructed to print your license document and you will need to carry it with you while participating in that activity. The license you print is the only license you will receive. You must also have an internet browser which supports a minimum of 128 bit encryption. For technical support please call 1-888-773-8450. Step One: You will be asked to provide information that will assist us in locating or creating your KDWPT customer number, and enter or update information on your customer number.

Step Two: Select the KDWPT licenses you want to buy and add them to your shopping cart.

Step Three: You may use VISA MasterCard or American Express to pay for your license. A convenience fee of $1.00 plus 2.5% of the total purchase will be added to your total.

Step Four: Print your license, sign and carry this printed document when hunting or fishing.

Anyone born on or after July 1, 1957 must be certified by an approved course in hunter education before they can hunt in Kansas EXCEPT that anyone 15 years old and under may hunt without hunter education certification provided that they are under the direct supervision of an adult 18 years old or older.

All waterfowl hunters 16 and older must have a federal Migratory Bird Hunting and Conservation Stamp, and all hunters who are required to obtain a hunting license must also have a Kansas State Waterfowl Habitat Stamp and a Kansas Harvest Information Program (HIP) stamp before attempting to take ducks, geese, or mergansers. (Those not required to have a Kansas hunting license include people hunting their own land, and residents 15 and younger or 65 and older.)
